This 5th edition of IFFC is dedicated to languages and migration in honour of UNESCO’s decision to declare 2019 as the International Year of Indigenous Languages 2019. As a transcultural and multilinguistic community in Wales we understand the importance of raising awareness for the endangerment of indigenous languages and of celebrating the crucial role of language as a repository of #identity and #tradition as well as an active instrument of development and peace building efforts.
